Welcome to Manchester KinderCare! We are conveniently located in Manchester just minutes from Ballwin, Kirkwood, and Chesterfield, near the intersection of 141 and Big Bend Road. We are proud our school is Nationally Accredited along with every KinderCare in Missouri!
