St. Anne's Day Care

Center in Winston Salem, NC 27106

The weekday child care provided by St. Anne’s Child Care Center is an integral part of the ministry of St. Anne’s Episcopal Church. What started as a babysitting service in 1968 for the women of the parish who were involved in the church’s volunteer lay ministries in the community, became a full-time center for child care throughout Winston-Salem by the mid-‘70s. St. Anne’s Child Care Center’s purpose was then, and continues to be, to provide a loving, happy, and challenging atmosphere in which to serve children of all races and of any religion or creed.

At St. Anne’s Child Care Center, we value and celebrate cultural diversity and accept children of all economic circumstances. Our goal is to provide a flexible “play based” environment where children can learn at their own pace. St. Anne’s Child Care Center is a small, 4-star, licensed Center (capacity 49) with a low teacher/child ratio.
