Camp Oakasha

The Greater Waterbury YMCA is proud to offer two day camps that are unmatched in customer service, the quality of programs, and most importantly caring and professional staff. Our staff inspire campers to learn and demonstrate positive values such as caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility through positive role modeling and recognizing important “teachable moments”. Serving children ages 5 to 15 years of age, everyday is a safe new adventure specifically tailored towards the age of your camper. With activities such as archery, swimming, arts & crafts, boating, field games, nature, hiking, family nights, overnights and more, camp is sure to be a fun memorable experience.
