Little Years Daycare

Little Years’ mission is to provide a happy healthy and loving experience for the children committed to our care so that they develop to the best of their abilities and be fully prepared for kindergarten.

Little Years’ philosophy is that we can make a positive difference in the children’s lives by helping them to look within themselves to discover their full potential. We believe that the children who walk through our door will become the leaders of the next generation. This is symbolized in our logo.

The children are cared for by dedicated trained staff under direct supervision of the owners Donald and Lois Degling and Danielle McCann.

Danielle McCann has a BA in Human Services and Counseling and many years of experience directing children’s programs through the Salvation Army and the YMCA. Lois Degling has an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education a BA in Religious Studies and Counseling two certificates in Clinical Pastoral Care and a Certificate in Theological Studies from seminary. She is currently a pastor in West Harrison N.Y. Don Degling is a retired Attorney and Engineer. This facility is authorized to administer over-the-counter topical ointments only
