The Region 15 Before and After School Program (BAS) is a non-profit organization dedicated to making safe, nurturing, and affordable before and after school care available to children in grades kindergarten through grade six, in the Middlebury-Southbury community of Region 15. The program provides working parents a reliable and worry-free alternative to having their child(ren) in an empty house for part of the day.

To provide safe, supervised before and after school activity for children of both working and non-working parents.
To provide an environment that promotes the development of personal and interpersonal relationships between and among children through one-to-one and group activities.
To provide developmentally appropriate structured and unstructured activities indoors and outdoors.
To promote parent involvement through membership on the Board of Directors (several Board members are parents of children in the program) and as Corporators of our non-profit corporation.
To provide tuition assistance where appropriate.
