Kiowa Tribe of Oklahoma to assist you in meeting your early care and education needs! The Kiowa Tribe Child Care Program provides certificates for child care subsidies to eligible children & families through the federally-funded Child Care and Development Fund program. All applications submitted are screened and family co-payments are calculated. Co-payments, if applicable, are the applicants responsibility to be paid directly to your childs care provider and amounts will be computed on a monthly, per child basis.
A completed file must include the following required documents:
- A completed Kiowa Tribe Child Care Program Application (all sections completed)
- Social Security Cards (for all family members)
- Kiowa Tribal Enrollment Verification and/or CDIB for parents and children
- Income Verification for ALL family members (wages/salaries, TANF, SSI, VA, Child Support, College Grants, etc.)
- Proof of Residence (rent receipt and/or utility bill)
- Proof of enrollment in an educational program and schedule of classes (if applicable)
- Letter from Employer verifying hours worked or copy of weekly work schedule
