Hi! My name is Alicia Retzinger and I am finishing up my Sophomore year at Illinois State University as a Physical Education major. From the past two summers of nannying and the last nine years of babysitting, working with children has been one of the most influential opportunities that I have had the privilege of experiencing. As a babysitter my goal is to ensure that the children are always my top priority when under my supervision. In other words, I love establishing a personal relationship and connecting to the children in order to ensure a mutual respect and comfort level while still maintaining my authority. I like to think of myself as a reliable, responsible, and a trustworthy person which I feel is most compatible when working with children.
