My name is Berthani Boursiquot and I hold a Bachelors of Arts in psychology with a minor in public health. I greatly enjoy providing a fun and interactive environment for children of all ages. I have years of babysitting and child surpervison experience. I have worked for Girl Scouts of Connecticut as a unit leader. For this position, I was required to provide supervision over toddlers, children, and teen volunteer workers. I was responsible for creating lesson plans and sport driven activities. I have also worked as a counselor for Southern CT State University program called GearUp. In this program I was my responsible for watching over campers and assisted in college prep course development and camp activities. Im currently working full time as a Case Manager for the Childrens Community Programs of CT but I am looking for part time work for afternoon to evening and weekends. I also have the ability to flex my hours so Im always more then willing to adjust to need. Im quick, energetic , and always looking for ways to make an environment positive and fun.
