I love being a babysitter because I like being someone they can build a positive relationship with. I also love the opportunity to watch children learn and grow. I have been a respite for the past 2 years for a boy with brittle bone disease. It required me to help him with homework, keep him busy, and make sure he didnt exert himself too much. It also required me to be caring, have empathy, and communication.
