I am currently finishing my final semester at Lesley University. A friend of mine referred me to sitter city.

I spent my year off working at Locker school as a Volunteer Teaching Assistant. I helped with art projects, classroom planning and individual work. I was put with the kids who had learning disabilities or trouble paying attention I know how to explain things in many ways and how to make learning fun. I am used to babysitting 4-6 year olds but I have had experience with a range of ages. I have friends with babies and children under 3 that I have helped with. I also have family friends that have 6-10 year olds that I do the odd job for. I have had experience with most animals. My basic philosophy is making things fun and staying active. Spending time going to museums, parks, playgrounds, beaches or pools, doing art projects (with sidewalk chalk, paper, etc), blowing bubbles, playing in the yard and handling conflict through discussion.

Additional services: Meal preparation, Laundry, Light housekeeping, Swimming supervision, Crafts, Potty training, and Travel with family.

Rate: $10/hour – $15/hour
