Hi, my name is Kate. I have 15 years of sitting experience. I’ve been babysitting on and off since I was 13 years old. My youngest sibling is 15 now so I have some experience dealing with teens and preteens.

After college I attended a school to become certified as a riding instructor. My goal at the time was to teach young riders how to be confident on such an unpredictable animal while maintaining a fun, friendly atmosphere. That part of my life has since taken a back seat, but, my love for teaching children about nature and the animals we share our world with has never stopped.

I’m not one to like staying indoors (especially now that it’s summer) I enjoy going to the beach, the local pool, hiking, stopping at our national parks to enjoy the day. I’m also a stickler for sunscreen. The sun is not a joke and I don’t like seeing anyone get burnt. I’m also CPR and first aid certified for humans and animals.
