Hi families! My name is Lea Faouaz, and I love working with kids because I enjoy supporting them while making sure they feel safe and cared for. I have years of experience working with children of all ages (infant – 18+) from coaching gymnastics to providing one-on-one support for kids with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other special needs.

Im currently pursuing my Doctor of Clinical Psychology, where Ive built skills in communication, crisis management, and creating supportive environments for children and families. My past roles as a behavior technician, crisis counselor, and volunteer supervisor/coach have given me the ability to stay calm under pressure, solve problems quickly, and make kids feel comfortable and understood. Families can count on me to bring patience, compassion, and creativity into every job. Whether it’s helping with homework, planning fun activities, or simply ensuring a safe and positive environment, Im committed to giving your kids the best care possible! :)

Training/Skills:

CPR/First Aid familiarity through clinical and coaching roles,

strong background in crisis intervention and conflict resolution,
