Hi there! My name is Sascha and I am a recent NYU BA graduate and a born and raised New Yorker. I have been working as a babysitter for about 5 to 6 years, on and off. I also have a little bit of tutoring experience.

I love being a babysitter, or caretaker, in New York City as I get to show children the wonders of New York and guide them through what can be a hard city at times. I also just generally enjoy working with kids as I get to share my world knowledge with them and partake in fun discourses around what the children may think as well. I usually find that I actually learn quite a lot from my conversations with kids as they see the world in such pure and innocent ways then I see it now.

My career and life passions are in art and creativity and I really love working with kids in these spaces as well. Art education and the practice of arts and crafts, I find, are essential to the development a child’s mind and I really enjoy setting up and assisting in these activities, be it collage, drawing, or a larger popsicle stick sculpture idea or something of that sort. I also love trips to museums, galleries, and other cultural institutions such as theatres as well.
