I am 24 years old, currently doing training for my CDA, and returning to school in January to complete my degree in early childhood education. Last year I was a teacher in a preschool for 3-5 year olds. Aside from teaching, I have been babysitting since I was about 14, which totals at 10 years of experience caring for children ranging from infants to pre teens. I am comfortable watching up to 3 children at a time. I try to make every babysitting experience fun, whether it be by doing arts & crafts, baking, taking a trip to the library or even a petting zoo. Being an education major has taught me to integrate learning into various activities while still making them fun, as well as allowing me to provide homework help to the children I am watching.
