I would really love to work in a nurturing, family centered environment that is focused on helping the children to succeed. I love integrating art into lessons; I’m very unique and self expressive. My current goal is to have part time employment and to promote the safety, well being, growth and development of each child under my care. I’ve cared for kids young as infant stage and as old as 8-12-year-old children. To me, treating others with kindness is the principle of life and I believe the children under my care will attain this quality also. In relevancy to this position, I am currently enrolling in a scholarship based CDA (Child Development Associate Degree). I am devoted to educating and nurturing children. I am CPR/first aid certified. Many of my tasks teaching and babysitting included devising appropriate lessons for ages 1-4, cleaning, preparing lunch/snack for the children, supervising nap-time, taking them for walks, diaper changing procedures, supervising the children inside and outside, and frequently communicating with the parents.
