I am a babysitter, who used to work at a school with preschool children during school hours and with children ages 5-13 in an after school program. All of my friends had children early which required them to need assistance from myself and their families. I became knowledgeable about the do(s) and don’t (s) of childcare through them. One of my friends had a son with a fatal disease which cause him to use special equipment and need extra attention.. I got the chance to be around nurses who showed me first hand how to deal and handle a child with special needs. Overall I’ve been around many different types of children since I was a little girl, they are very fond of me as I am of them.
