I am a graduate student looking to nanny in the city. I graduated with my dual bachelor’s degree in history and education in May, and am graduating with my master’s in teaching English to speakers of other languages in May 2026. I have always dreamed of being a teacher and working with children, so my experience goes beyond my years of paid nannying. Since elementary school I have babysat for neighbors, family members, and friends. I have been mainly connected with one family in Bucks County since 2020, nannying in the summers for their five children. I started with the youngest before the age of one, and have mainly been tasked with taking care of three of the children during the summers. The oldest is now entering high school, making me experienced in all ages. My second job is catering with my father who is a chef. I have grown up cooking and am very flexible in making breakfast, lunch, or dinner as well as assisting in meal prep. I am happy to make myself useful by completing household chores when time allows. Due to my work in education I have had annual clearances since entering my freshman year of college in 2021. These clearances include tuberculosis testing, FBI and state background checks, and fingerprinting. I have my own car that I feel comfortable driving in the city and have had no accidents or tickets. Before nannying I did take a course for certification in CPR and first aid. My only scheduling note is that I have class one night a week, Tuesdays from 5:30-8, and am required to complete two hours of work at a high school per week (during school hours).
