I have worked with kids as a babysitter, nanny, and at a day care center. In addition, I have spent several years as an overnight camp counselor where I received infinite and lessons in child safety, fun activities, and how to care for many children with many different needs! My diverse range of childcare occupations has given me experience with kids from 6 months to 16 years. I have also worked with kids in various settings- day care centers, summer camps, or their home. Because of this I have learned how to think on my feet to be able to give children what they need no matter the situation, whether it be a healthy snack, outlets for energy, or a big hug to get them back on their feet. Working with kids is my passion. It gives me joy to help them
grow, learn, and explore the world. I think children are the greatest teachers and I always take them seriously. I learn as much from them as I hope they do from
me.
In addition to interacting with children with age appropriate, fun, and creative activities, i can help with homework, transportation, cooking, and housework.
