My name is Britney Samuelsen. I am a graduate of Saint Joseph’s University with a degree in elementary/special education. I work full time as a first grade teacher at Khepera Charter School in North Philadelphia. I have been babysitting/nannying/working as a mother’s helper since the age of 14 (I am now 25). Throughout the years, I was required to get the children ready for the day, prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner, clean up around the house, help children with homework/speech, help the mother with anything necessary, get the children washed and ready for bed, and keep the children entertained. Along with this, I worked as a special education teacher at Khepera Charter School last year and as an ABA counselor at Melmark, which is a residential/day school for children and adults with special needs (primarily autism and other intellectual disorders). I am looking for a family that needs after school help from 4 in the afternoon into the evening on weekdays and any time over the weekend.
