What makes being a sitter so special for me is the chance to be a part of a child’s worldto see their curiosity spark, share in their laughter, and help them feel completely safe and supported. My goal is to create a space where your kids can be themselves and have fun, and where you can have total peace of mind knowing theyre in caring, capable hands.
My unique background gives me a deep well of experience to draw from. My studies in the medical field as a premed gap year student have taught me to be highly observant and to handle situations with a calm, proactive approach. While I havent yet completed my official first aid certification, I’m fully capable and dedicated to doing so. My training has provided a strong foundation in safety principles, and Im always ready to handle unexpected moments with a level-headed and responsible mindset.
My years as a collegiate dancer taught me the importance of discipline, patience, and creative expression. This same energy and love for teaching carried over to my role as a summer school teacher, where I learned how to make learning fun and engaging. Im not just a sitter; Im an activity planner, a creative storyteller, and an enthusiastic dance partner.
My work with special needs adults has given me a profound sense of empathy and adaptability. I’ve learned to communicate in many different ways and to meet individuals where they are, tailoring my approach to fit their unique needs. This experience has prepared me to care for children of all abilities with compassion and understanding.
