I am a writer and former teacher who believes that children need opportunities to explore the world around them, both intellectually and physically. As a mother of a 29-year-old Ph.D. student, I know this exploration starts at infancy and needs to be encouraged from the beginning. I would enjoy playing with your child, reading, helping older children with homework, and being outdoors.

I am very COVID careful and take masking, social distancing, limiting contact, etc. very seriously. My interest is in working with families who are equally careful and are committed to COVID best practices. I am looking for opportunities in small households where I would have minimal contact with individuals other than the child (e.g., interacting with parent directly only during the time of handing off care, masked, etc).
