I have worked at a Child Daycare Center as an Assistant Teacher for about 3 and a half years now. During this time I have worked with children from six months to 6 years old. I have spent most of my time with the 2 1/2 to 3-year-olds. At the center I would Instruct learning numbers, letters, and colors, demonstrating good listening skills, appropriate behavior, and following directions to the students. I also engaged with the students senses for circle time and craft time. I have also been a Camp Counselor for 3-year-olds in which I organized and facilitated outdoor activities and an all day schedule. I have also been a Cheerleading Coach for 8-year-olds in which I used creativity to make dances and cheers and supervised the children at all games throughout the week. I am CPR and First Aid certified.
