Hi! Im Sunnie a former nanny and longtime marketing professional now returning to what Ive always loved most: spending my days with children. I spent four wonderful years working with K Grace, a boutique nanny agency in Chicago, and cared for several private families before transitioning into a creative career.

These days, Im focused full-time on writing both a novel and expanding my published childrens book series. The stories are designed to support early childhood development in alignment with the core ASQ developmental domains, from motor skills to emotional regulation. My writing is deeply inspired by my own childhood and over 14 years of caregiving experience, blending imagination with educational psychology to introduce kids to foundational skills like empathy, responsibility, flexible thinking, and self-awareness. Each book is also a resource for parents and caregivers, meant to spark meaningful conversations and connection.

I’m currently earning my certification in child psychology to deepen this work, and babysitting allows me to stay close to the moments that fuel both my heart and my writing. I love helping children find the extraordinary in the everyday whether were watching birds nest in a shady tree or tasting a crisp apple at the park. My style is gentle, intentional, and joyfully curious. You can expect a calm, creative environment focused on nurturing your childs mind and spirit.

Im currently looking to build a small circle of 3 to 4 families for regular day and evening babysitting. While Im happy to help with light household tasks, the true value I bring is the time and care I spend with your child encouraging growth, imagination, and a deep sense of security as they explore the world around them.
