Hello! My name is Stevie, and I recently moved to New York after graduating from college in Philadelphia with a degree in Acting. I have experience working as a teaching artist, nanny, and babysitter with children in a variety of age groups! While I mostly have experience working with older kids, I have worked with kids as young as two.

During my junior year of college, I worked as a teaching assistant for the Pre-College acting program at University of the Arts. During the summer of 2024, I worked as an intern at After School Activities Programming in Philadelphia (ASAP) writing curriculum for their after school drama program for grades K-12. This past year, I spent 2-4 days a week babysitting a toddler during the day, with the occasional time during the evening/night. I often would help the parents when they would have multiple friends over for a game night and would be taking care of 2-5 kids at a time, ranging in ages 2-10.

My background in theater makes me a more versatile caretaker because I am a great problem solver, work well under pressure, and a lover of all things creative! As a theater educator, fostering kids’ creativity is very important to me. If your kids love crafts, make believe, or music, we will get along great!
