Hello, my name is Signe (pronounced seen-ya), and I am a rising junior at Harvard interning in New York for the summer! I babysat for a family with two kids aged 1-4 for two years, and I also worked as a lifeguard and swim instructor. As a lifeguard, I was CPR and first aid certified, and am skilled in wrangling children, finding ways to entertain them, and building confidence. As a swim instructor, I taught kids aged 3-13, and was able to guide them through their fears and encourage development. I also worked as a camp counselor for children aged 4-6. At my heart, I have always enjoyed working with kids, and if given the chance, I hope I can create meaningful connections with your children and encourage them to grow in any small way that I can.
