I became an older sister when I was four and a half years old, and was a bit of a built in babysitter as we grew up. Spending so much time helping to raise my younger brother not only bonded us, but helped me develop and love and appreciation for both children and childcare. I admire children for their openminded and innocent view on the world, and how they can always find something to smile about and be grateful for.
As well as being a proud older sister, I’ve also worked as a camp counselor, and have some teaching experience. I also have nine cousins, most of whom are younger, and I was very involved as they grew up, spending time with them and babysitting them. I’ve also done a good deal of children’s theater and puppet shows.
I love kids of all ages. I have a very energetic and outgoing personality, and I love playing, reading, and doing arts and crafts with them, as well as helping with homework and going outside.
