hello! my name is Nikolina Johannessen, I am originally from Long Island but have recently moved to Manhattan for school. I am a first year + first generation college student at CCNY where I am double majoring biology and psychology. Ive been working as a babysitter for the past few years with a wide range of ages! I’ve been a counselor at summer camps for years + I even have my own non profit that is dedicated to helping children!
As a career, I plan to do work in neuroscience. Specifically studying the relationship between a Childs development and the effects of chemotherapy.
so to sum it up- I really have a passion for working with children- as they are the future of this world!
