I’m the oldest of four kids, so I’m used to taking care of young children. I’ve previously been a babysitter to a 3 year old, 5year old and 8 year old and have experience handling kids between the ages of 1 to 15. I’m well travelled and college educated with a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and Chinese Studies and have spent the last few years working full time.

I can speak mandarin and Cantonese. If your child is currently learning, I can help them practice conversational Chinese. I played piano for 14 years and am capable at helping with instrumental practice. I have experience helping kids practice violin and cello. I like to read books and consider myself pretty active. I’m pretty firm about responsibilities such as homework being done, but once the important things are done, I’m more than willing to let loose, be silly, and have fun. My availability is pretty flexible and can work weekends in special cases. I’m primarily looking to be a part time or occasional sitter.
