I have been a babysitter since I was 14. While in high school I sat for multiple families around my community ranging from 1 to 3 kids, ages 9 months to 12 years old. On occasions I have sat for multiple families in one location during the day and into the night.
I am recent graduate from CU Boulder and work in downtown Denver and Cherry Hills. My schedule is pretty regular and allows for date nights, some weekday mornings, and weekend mornings. I can provide my own transportation and can cook, prepare meals, bake, etc.
I have experience with play dates, cousins, and multiple siblings. I grew up with two sisters who also babysat and a dog who is now 10. In high school I volunteered at Marin General Hospital for 3 years and also worked at a donut shop.
When taking care of kids I also like to make sure that the house is taken care of as well. I encourage the kids to clean up after themselves, be aware of their toys and belongings, and help them with personal hygiene, tidying, and any other task that requires an adult hand. I love to cook and bake and love to teach kids how to make some of my favorites. I like to establish a friendship with the kids and would like to be present in their lives as they grow and learn.
I do not feel comfortable giving my Social Security number to a website but I have a clean criminal record and a clean driving record (not even a parking ticket!) I have a valid California drivers license and a reliable Honda Pilot that has only been owned by my mother and myself.
