I’m an artist at heart who has worked in the food/hospitality industry for the last ten years or so. I come from a HUGE family (I’ve got SEVEN brothers and sisters; I’m the second oldest). After working in restaurants and doing catering, I started teaching cooking/crafts classes on the Upper East Side. I really had a blast while teaching at the school and making each class interesting for both the kids and their parents. I left the cooking world in lieu of my pursuit of my first love, the arts – but I do still enjoy cooking and teaching. I love working with children in a fun, engaging way that really pushes their creativity in every facet.
