My name is Tracy, I am a 39 yr old stay at home mom for the past 10 years. I have a 22 yr old, 9 yr old, and 7 yr old. I worked remote jobs off and on throughout the last 10 years. Previous to staying at home, I worked in the corporate world. I was a paralegal, personal assistant, receptionist and hospitality event planner. I graduated with my medical billing and coding degree in March of 2021. I lost my mother to breast cancer in February 2021, and my father a year ago in August 2023. Watching my parents work their whole lives and not be able to enjoy the benefits taught me the important things in life that matter. Due to this, I am no longer seeking a corporate job, but something I love. I love children, I have raised/cared for children since I was 9. First my little sister, then extended family, then of course my own. I cared full time as a nanny for my nephew until he was 3, he is now 10. I have cared for multiples, overnights, newborns all the way to teenagers. I taught a curriculum at home with my kids until pre-kindergarten, finally enrolling them in kindergarten. I volunteer at their elementary school frequently and have done so for the last 4 years. I am on the PTA and work candy sales, events etc where I am working with kids of all ages. The best thing about children is you are given a chance to help form them into loving, responsible, kind human beings. The impact made in their younger years determine who they become as an adult. My goal is to provide a safe, educational, loving environment for a child(ren). I have loved raising my own and others, and am excited to have the opportunity. I also am semi-bilingual in Spanish, so I can teach the child(ren) if desired a second language. I am an avid reader, as are all my kids. My two youngest are two grades ahead in their reading skills.
