My name is Kirsten Poveromo. I was a NYCDOE elementary educator for 14 years. I decided to take a childcare leave this September after having my son. ( 8 wks today) I pursued a career in teaching because I love children. As a teen, I babysat frequently. I also worked at Farmingdale Care ( a daycare pre-k through 6th grade) all throughout my college career. I am cpr trained and OSHA certified. I am available to start this August and I have a car if transportation to and from school is required with a superior driving record. I also have a 5 1/2 year old daughter! I consider myself extremly patient and creative! I keep my daughte busy with engaging art projects, as well as, educational activities. I would love to care for your child ( children) as if they are my own!
