My name is Mads Smith (they/them), I am a 21 year old musician and have been working as a full time nanny for the past 4 years! My partner and I currently reside near Tenny park in downtown Madison WI (with our very sweet kitty Fuji.) A few of my most favorite hobbies would include yoga, mindfulness, exploring, creating, and taking care of my community/environment. I have lots of experience working with children of all ages and backgrounds, including autistic children, infants, children with special needs, and even middle schoolers! The style of learning I tend to lead towards the most is Montessori, as Im most passionate about letting a child lead and assess their feelings, thoughts, wants, needs, and desires all on their own (with a helping hand of course!) I am cpr certified (renewed in 2020) and preferably looking for weekdays.
