Hello there!

My name is Ellen and I am a 28 year old English teacher and SAT/ACT tutor. Working with children has always been my passion, which is why I pursued a career in education. I have taught at both the middle and high school levels for 7 years and have over 15 years of childcare experience. I have a bachelors degree in English Education and Linguistics from Montclair State University, a masters degree in English Education from Columbia University, and an Educational Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from Seton Hall University.

I believe that a babysitter plays a very important role in a childs life. Therefore, I treat all children the way that I would if they were my own. I have experience working with multiple children at once as well as children with special needs. I am a patient, fun-loving, and responsible individual, and I would love to be considered to work with your family.
