My name is Sandra. I live in Keller, Texas(DFW area). I am looking to share my experience and knowledge with a loving family. I have 15+ years of experience in childcare and childcare development. Allowing children to grow, explore and learn is a rewarding experience that keeps me excited as I continue caring for children of all ages. I worked as a nanny with my last employer for close to two years in Westlake Texas. It ended last month due to the family moving to Houston. I also worked for another family for 6 years in Fairfield, CT and prior to that family I worked as a Nanny for another family for 10 years in Westport, CT. I worked in a daycare before I was a Nanny where I took care of a variety of children in New York. Learning through exploration, art, reading, nature, and outdoor observations offers children a rich experience. Nurturing each childs interests helps them to become strong solid individuals.
I love children and enjoy their company immensely and find nothing is more rewarding than taking care of them. Working as a Nanny for the two family I worked with gave me such a wonderful experience. Having to create a positive and happy environment for the children I work for was all that matter. I have great organizational, communication and patience skills, which I believe are among the most important skills for a nanny.
