I currently work with children at an after school program name compass i work for the child center. I Provide supervision for participants at all times. Follow schedule provided by program administrators at all times. Conduct and lead a Friday Club for participants. Insure safety of all participants at all times; and, follow program policies at all times. Provide support through the learning process, by encouraging and providing resources. Assist teachers and/ or specialty area instructor in the implementation of activities.
