Hello!! Over the past year, I have fallen in love with child care and working with little ones. After a year of being a special education paraprofessional at a performing arts high school, I decided that I love working with children but I work better with a younger demographic. I have been working at a daycare for the past year and I have never experienced such an easy career transition. I truly feel as though childcare is my calling. I cherish the joy that children exude and their wonder for the small things in everyday! Its hard to have a bad day when you are hanging around little humans with pure joy in their hearts and it is so essential to nourish that in each and every moment. I have my special education paraprofessional certification, food handlers license, CPR certification, and various minor trainings related to daycare employment (child abuse training, bodily fluid training, etc.) I am skilled in diaper changes, nap routines, enrichment and playtime, and I have my own car. I am available for weekends and some weeknights. I would love to find an arrangement that works for both your family and myself. Let me know if it sounds like a match!
