I use gentle tactics, not passive sitting. I have genuine enthusiasm for their interests and find it easy to get on the level of a child. Ive grown up all around small children and their specified care when parents were away.

With patience and critical thinking during moments, I consider myself safe when over stimulated. I take the instructions, concerns, and preferences of parents seriously, incorporating it into my work.
