Hi :) My name is Maile, pronounced “Miley.” I am currently a college student and have babysat local families in my hometown since the summer of 2019. In addition to babysitting, past childcare experience consists of mentoring elementary and middle school students as a senior in high school within PAL’s (Peer Assistance Leadership) elective, volunteering within the children’s ministry at church, and being a primarily preschool substitute teacher. Personally, the best part about caring for children is the lasting memories and relationships formed. Babysitting-wise, I have watched up to 3 children at a time. My long-term experience within this field includes 3 young sisters, 2 nearly toddler-aged sisters, 2 elementary-aged sisters, and 2 older brothers with an infant. I hope to locally care for additional families by exemplifying care and love…even to pets!
