My name is Renee and I am currently a stay-at-home mom with my 11-month old daughter, Poppy. I am open to coming to your home or caring for your child in my home. I have lots of experience with children of all ages. Poppy is easy going and loves other children. I look forward to meeting your family. I wrote a bit about my background below.

Education: I have studied early childhood education and elementary education while an undergraduate. I studied fine art in undergrad as well as graduate school.

My experience: I have had two different nanny jobs, both of which were for infants. I have worked in a daycare with age’s infant through preschool. I was a teaching artist at a museum full-time working with toddlers through adults, and contracted with other museums for workshops. Of course, I did a ton of babysitting when I was younger.

My philosophy: Respecting children allows them to flourish as individuals, gain confidence, self-love, and strengthens relationships with caregivers. Allowing them to explore their interests through open-ended play allows a love to cultivate for learning, curiosity, and exploration. Through this children will grow to respect, accept, and contribute to their community.
