Hello, my name is America. I have watched an infant of 3 months old before while his mother was busy packing and unpacking items as the family was in the process of moving. I watched the infant for about 8 hours and in that time I gave him his bottle, changed his diapers, entertained him, put him down for naps, and calmed him down if he began to cry. I knew I already liked kids, but after that experience it showed me that I can take care of them and I enjoy doing it. I am currently majoring in Speech Language and Hearing Sciences and Child Learning and Development with a plan to specialize/focus on children. I am patient, organized, and I like many activities that kids do from watching tv and playing games to doing puzzles, drawing, and reading.
