Why do I love babysitting

Babysitting is the fun part of my week. I love how kids see the world. Every moment can be an adventure, whether its a trip to a dinosaur exhibit, a fall festival, or a concert. Ive danced at JoJo Siwa shows, helped toddlers explore museum exhibits, and made sure bedtime stories turned into sweet dreams instead of battles. Kids keep things exciting, and I love being part of those moments.

What experience do I have

I have over ten years of experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to teenagers. Ive done overnights, busy weekends, playdates, and one-on-one care. I know how to keep kids entertained, safe, and happy, whether that means getting creative with activities or helping with homework.

What skills and training do I have

For five years, I worked under a federal grant focused on child development, mental health, and family well-being. During that time, I completed extensive training in areas that help me be the best caregiver possible, including:

Early Childhood Brain Development Understanding how children learn and grow at different stages

Mental Health First Aid Certified in both adult and teen mental health first aid, ensuring I know how to support emotional well-being

Domestic Violence Awareness and Intervention Trained in recognizing signs of domestic violence and creating a safe, supportive space for children and families

First Aid and Safety Prepared to handle minor injuries and emergencies with a calm, level-headed approach
