As a person who grew up in a home that believed children are to be seen and not heard I developed an inclination to making sure all kids feel seen and heard as well as have their needs tended to. Im able to be very patient with children as I understand they are still learning a lot of social norms and im always honored to ensure their safety while the parents are out.
