Hi! My name is Rebecca Beyene and I am a recent graduate from DePaul University with a BA in Public Relations and a minor in Art and Photography. I absolutely love children and believe they are the funniest little characters in the world. Being a capricorn I am very disciplined in my work ethic but my inner child always allows me to have fun. More importantly I am patient with children from all walks of life. My most recent work experience was with a family of a 5 year old boy who suffered from a developmental problem. I potty trained, changed diapers, played, as well as worked on educational projects three times a week. Last summer I helped around a relative’s at home day-care in San Diego. I also occassionally babysit my 2 year old nephew which includes feeding, bathing, entertaining, changing diapers, and a lot of loving. During my highschool days I volunteered at an after school youth program called Broadway Children where we held dance lessons and tutored kids ranging from ages 6-11. I don’t have any issues with dogs considering I have one of my own and am the ultimate dog lover. Overall, I am cool as a cucumber, easy to work with, and very respectful towards others that give it in return.
