Well, hello there!!!

My name is Milan, and I am a young ambitious woman ready to make your life as a parent as easy as possible. I have experience with raising children ages 0-11, and have always been around motherhood. I am willing to adjust to any specific needs or requests you have in mind, and I am endlessly open to working together!

Growing up, I was put into early childhood education, and have numerous different methods on how Id be able to teach your children. I must admit, I am anti-screens for young children, haha. Parks, learning activities, and even talent development is all right up my alley!

I attend the University of Illinois at Chicago, and I went in majoring as a Classical music student. I have been taught vocal perfection, and I am willing to also teach this! Its always been a dream of mine to teach the youth that they hold talent in at least one bone in their bodies, but we all need a little help finding it.

Being gentle with children is my number one priority. Its alright to correct a mistake, but its all about how its done. We all are experiencing living for the first time, so why be so harsh on them? Leveling with them, expressing why their actions were unacceptable/problematic, creating the safe space, and also doing damage control is how I manage situations. We all are bound to make a mistake here and there, but theres no need for heavy punishments. Now! This doesnt go without saying a 10 minute time out wont hurt, but yelling or shouting at a child is an absolute no in my agenda.

I think its also pretty good to mention that Ive been an athlete for most of my life, haha. I know kids can sometimes embrace their dreams of becoming track runners at young ages, so please note that my reflexes are fast and these legs get to pumpin when necessary. Also, lifting or moving things around is also alright on my end. I will enjoy being able to help in any ways necessary!!
