Hi families!

Im Madelynn Perez, a 21-year-old psychology student at DePaul University with a deep passion for working with children. I originally majored in elementary education before transitioning to psychology, which has given me a strong understanding of child development and how kids learn best.

I believe in child-led learning and love encouraging creativity and curiosity through engaging, developmentally appropriate activities. I have experience working with children of all ages, but I primarily worked with infants during my time at Bright Horizons in Deer Park. That role taught me the importance of creating a safe, nurturing environment while also fostering growth and exploration. Whether its sensory play with little ones or hands-on creative projects with older kids, I always focus on making learning fun and meaningful.
