LaTasha Webster has spent more than 20 years working with children and families, bringing compassion, creativity, and commitment to every role shes held. Her journey in early childhood education began during her undergraduate studies, where she worked in various preschool settings and discovered her passion for helping young children learn and grow. She continued this work through graduate school, gaining valuable experience supporting children of all ages with a special focus on those under five years old.

Currently, LaTasha serves as a Grants Project Coordinator at Prevent Child Abuse America, a national nonprofit dedicated to building safe, nurturing environments for every child. In this role, she supports programs that strengthen families and promote positive childhoods across the country.

LaTashas hands-on experience in childcare, combined with her professional work in prevention and advocacy, reflects her lifelong dedication to supporting childrens development and well-being. She looks forward to continuing to work directly with youth on a part-time basis, continuing the meaningful connections that have inspired her career from the very beginning.
