I am working a full time job in Media in Downtown Chicago. Prior to working full time, I was a nanny for two children, while also babysitting for other families in the same neighborhood. The ages of the children varied from toddlers to grade schoolers, and I’ve also been a sleep away camp counselor for three years. Having the summer camp counselor experience has exposed me to caring for both boys and girls, toddlers to teenagers. While being a nanny, television watching was not an option so I am great with coming up with activities and keeping the children occupied with things other than technology. While attending high school I volunteered my time teaching Ukrainian history in an Ukrainian American Youth Organization. I understand Ukrainian very well however I am not the best speaker. In my free time I like to play volleyball, read, and do arts and crafts. I have a weakness with Disney movies, they can brighten my mood on any day and bring me back to my childhood.
