I am a student at Roosevelt University pursuing a degree in Elementary Education. My past work with children includes working for Jumpstart for a year and a half, with the aim to promote and strengthen literacy skills among young children in low-income areas; full-time summer nanny; big sister to 10 and 11 year old siblings; evening and weekend babysitter. I absolutely love working with children, and I believe that the studies I am currently involved in help me to strongly relate and understand children at the elementary level.
