Hello,
I am Jessica Fuentes. I just graduated with my Master’s in Secondary Science Education in Biology. I am applying for teaching positions this summer, for the school year of 2015-2016. I have student taught at Whitney Young High School at their Academic Center teaching honors Biology to 8th graders. So for the summer, I am looking to babysit your child! Through the two years in the Education program at UIC, I have built up the skills to taking cares of children of all ages. I did received my middle school and ESL endorsements so I got to work and take care of children ranging from first graders to third graders to 6-8th graders to Junior level in high school. I was an instructor for an after-school program called Brain Hurricane in which I taught English and Math skills to a group of 2nd-4th graders. I have also taken care of cousins ranging from 3-11 years old. I love taking my students to museums and implementing fun activities that I learned from my experiences teaching.
